To be part of this space, I commit to relating always with consent of myself and others, and with care for myself and others, remaining open to a gentle reminder when I forget.

Kindness is not self-sacrifice. I give generously from fullness, caring for both myself and everyone involved.
If I drift from this agreement, I welcome a kind reminder. Not criticism. Accountability. I signed up for this.
When we disagree, we seek to understand. Decisions require 80%+ alignment. The remaining 20% either surrenders gracefully or steps out, with love and no victim story.
Maybe not everyone will stay. A kind goodbye is always available. No guilt, no drama. Just honesty and respect for everyone's path.
